Store Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace. Something being wrong with your product means it is an unusable item. Sequin items with a few twisted sequins can be simply twisted back in place and do not qualify unless useless.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, (even though we strive for faster) If you order any custom items it can take up to 5-7 business days to process your order. If you need a rush order please let us know when placing the order  and a Rush Fee may apply on all Rush orders.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on the  USPS delivery times. Free shipping items are shipped using the lowest cost available. Unfortunately due to the uptick of USPS requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to USPS you will have to make the claim, If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you.
